Instructions for Presenters
1. Lecture Presentations
All presenters are requested to prepare their presentation slides in advance. The authors may choose one of the following two templates for their presentations. Please download the appropriate template and follow the guidelines provided.
Dynamic Picture Template
A presentation template with dynamic visual transitions and animated content layouts suitable for engaging oral presentations.

- Please ensure your slides are in 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Include the conference logo and session title on your first slide.
- Keep your presentation within the allocated time slot.
- For detailed instructions, please refer to the notification email or contact the conference secretariat.
2. Poster Presentations
The recommended poster format is portrait A0 (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm height). Double-sided adhesive tape and/or pins will be available in the poster area to put the posters on the panels.
Authors are required to print their own poster and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and removing it after the session ends.
Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the program. Please place your poster on the assigned board.
Please use your four-digit EasyChair Paper ID in the Poster No. slot.
