Paper Registration: Each paper must have a valid full registration. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration, and the registrant must be an author on each paper. Student registrations, including IEEE Student / Life Member & Non-Member (Students), are NOT valid for paper publication in the conference proceedings.

What's Included: Full registrations include all access to conference events and welcome reception, lunches, tea breaks, and banquet.

Verification Required: Students and IEEE members must provide proof for manual review during registration.

For International Guests: You will receive the invitation and electronic receipt in your email within 7 days after successful registration and payment. Please fill in your company information during the registration process.

For Guests from China: The invoice will be issued in electronic format. Please correctly select the type of invoice and accurately fill in the invoice information. The invoice will be sent to the registered email address within 7 working days after the conference. Once issued, it cannot be changed.

Payment Processing: To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Xi'an Kaili Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd. with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection matters.
