Final Submission

1. Prepare the Final Paper

1) Please carefully improve your manuscript according to the comments from reviewers, and strictly follow the IEEE conference paper template with the page size of A4. The Page limit is 6 pages and is strict.(including references).

2) Moreover, please add the copyright notice on the bottom of the first paper, and the detail is listed as below.

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government:

For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia):

2. IEEE PDF eXpress

Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the IEEE PDF eXpress. All submissions must be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/.

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Select the "New Users - Click Here".
  2. Enter the following:
    • 67837X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above procedures, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

3. Author Registration

Each paper must have a valid full registration. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration, and the registrant must be an author on each paper.

Important: Student registrations, including IEEE Student / Life Member & Non-Member (Students), are NOT valid for paper publication in the conference proceedings.

4. Final Paper Submission

Authors of accepted digests should submit the final paper using EasyChair "proceedings author" role (NOT the "author" role used for digest submission) for ICDCM2026. Please upload the PDF file created by IEEE PDF eXpress in the paper submission system. Meanwhile, during the submission procedure, you need to transfer the Copyright via the IEEE electronic Copyright Form.

1. Log in to EasyChair

2. Click proceedings author

3. Update new version (in the upper right corner of the page)

4. Complete the IEEE copyright

In order to have your paper published to the IEEE Xplore library, it is required that you ATTEND the conference AND present your paper. If you do not attend for any reason, your paper will be excluded from Xplore. This policy applies equally to oral and poster presentations.

Your final paper in PDF format with IEEE Explore compliant must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026 24:00:00 (UTC+8, Beijing Time) at https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=icdcm2026. Your paper must comply with the specifications listed in the guide for authors. Due to publication deadlines, no time extensions will be granted.

Your final paper will be submitted for plagiarism checking to the IEEE Crosscheck system. Papers found to contain plagiarized material will not be accepted for publication.
